Nutrition programs are not appropriate for individuals struggling with active eating disorders (i.e. those who are engaging in dangerous behaviors such as purging, or those who are engaging in food restriction or binging once a week or more).

A 75-minute initial nutrition consultation to assess your current health and nutrition status by discussing your medical history, diet history, physical activity habits, eating behaviors, usual food patterns and preferences.

This program is the most comprehensive as it includes both an individualized meal plan and training program. It is also the most restrictive in terms of food choices, exercise intensity, and volume. This program is ideal for anyone who wants to step on stage, compete in a performance-based event, or you are an individual who truly wants to be challenged in taking your fitness to a higher level.
