SMALL GROUP FITNESS
We offer multiple 75-minute, HIIT-style fitness classes every week! Our classes are limited to 10 people in order to ensure our instructors have the ability to appropriately devote their time and attention to each participant. Our exercise classes will incorporate varieties of different exercise modalities to elicit positive adaptations in health and fitness. It is important to note that these gym classes are suitable for EVERYONE. Your fitness, abilities, and experience will not prevent you from participating. We are always able to scale the workouts and exercises appropriately. There is always an available alternative!

*Fitness Class Schedules will be updated every month. As a participant, it is your responsibility to register for each gym class before attending. If participants are unable to attend an exercise class they have scheduled to attend, cancellations should be made at least 12 hours in advance. Anything sooner is up to the instructor’s discretion, and the session may be lost.
