SMALL GROUP FITNESS

Our diverse range of classes is designed to cater to all interests, offering a variety of 60-minute sessions including HIIT-style workouts, Yoga, and Box & Burn. Each class is capped at 10 participants, allowing our instructors to provide personalized attention and support to everyone. Our curriculum includes a wide array of exercise modalities to promote positive health and fitness outcomes, ensuring there's something for EVERYONE.  It is important to note that these gym classes are suitable for EVERYONE. Your fitness, abilities, and experience will not prevent you from participating. We are always able to scale the workouts and exercises appropriately.

Small Group Fitness Punch Cards

Drop In: $25

10 Sessions: $200

*Fitness Class Schedules will be updated every month. As a participant, it is your responsibility to register for each gym class before attending. If participants are unable to attend an exercise class they have scheduled to attend, cancellations should be made at least 12 hours in advance. Anything sooner is up to the instructor’s discretion, and the session may be lost.
