Some individuals may not be able to motivate themselves to perform physical activity, but with the help of a personal trainer, this can be achieved. There are different types of motivational personal trainers; they may be enthusiastic or tough depending on the client's preference. Our one-on-one personal training offers clients a 60-minute session under the instruction and watchful eye of one of our personal trainers. These personal training sessions will be catered toward your specific fitness goals. Our personal trainers will provide technique instruction, demonstrations, and adjustments to ensure the proper execution of exercises.
Personal Training Rules & Expectations
Personal training sessions must be scheduled a minimum of 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 12 hours of a scheduled training session will not be refunded unless documentation of extenuating circumstances are provided.
For every four sessions purchased, clients have 30 days from the date of purchase to schedule and use those four sessions.
Clients are expected to arrive 10-15 minutes early to perform a general warm up and mobility work.
Buddy Training provides an opportunity for clients to train with a partner for a 60-minute session under the instruction and watchful eye of one of our trainers. Buddy Training sessions are best suited for pairs that have similar health and fitness goals. Trainers will provide technique instruction, adjustments, and demonstrations to ensure the proper execution of exercises. Buddy Training is a great opportunity for friends and family to get in shape together!
